Andrea Jaeger - Chairman and Executive Director
Andrea Jaeger is the President and co-founder of The Silver Lining Foundation and has operated programs for children with cancer and other life threatening illnesses since 1990. She oversees and directs the administration of the Foundation and its various programs and fundraising opportunities.

Heidi Bookout - Deputy Executive Director/Program Director
Heidi Bookout is the Vice President and co-founder of The Silver Lining Foundation and has operated programs for children with cancer and other life threatening illnesses since 1990. She is responsible for the Management of the Foundation's business concerns and oversees the day-to-day operations and program administration.

Candis Tai - Program and administrative co-ordinator and Webmaster
Candis Tai has been with the Foundation since 2001.

Kate Pomeroy
Kate Pomeroy started with the Foundation January 2005. Arriving from Washington DC and the Heritage Foundation, Kate helps the Foundation team in a variety of ways.

Beene Smyley - Program Counselor
Beene Smyley has been with the Foundation since 1990.

Maja Muric - International Program Coordinator and Camp Videographer
Maja Muric has been with the Foundation since 1995 and is responsible for the coordination of programs with overseas hospitals as well as planning of all international programs and creating video documentaries of all camp sessions.
